What is Yoga: Yoga is an antique science and art, which develops techniques for body movement, the use of certain postures, breathe control and meditation, and bring us health and a sense of relaxation.
Ashtanga style: Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a style codified by K. Patthabhi Jois, a very powerful and strong sequence that can be adapted to suit students current ability, with the particularity of repeating the same movements every time until it becomes a fluid moving meditation. The Mysore style implies that the teacher is not always there to guide the class but to help students get better and deeper into the postures.
About Vinyasa Flow: vinyasa flow is a guided, creative sequence of yoga, inspired by the theory of chakras and energy flowing through our body. Adapting the sequence to the day, the seasons and the special needs of the students, it offers a wide range of possibilities to explore our bodies and also get quickly in shape, boosting our metabolism and enriching our cardio fitness. Each class ends with a simple meditation to keep a balanced state of mind during the rest of the day.
Benefits of Yoga:
Like any form of physical activity, your body will face changes and improve your cardio performance, your general strength, develop or improve flexibility.
